Cancellation & Refund policy: (cod & prepaid)

  1. customers WITH COD AND PREPAID ORDERS can raise cancellation requests at any time before the dispatch of shipments. TO KNOW THE CURRENT (DISPATCH) STATUS OF their ORDERS, CUSTOMERS SHOULD WHATSAPP US AT +91-8765504000, or EMAIL US AT SUPPROT@MANGALUTSAV.COM,  usually, in normal working days, it can take 6 HOURS TO 2 DAYs to process and dispatch the orders.
    1. WITH REFERENCE PARA 1.1, iN CASE OF UNDISPACTCHED c.o.d. ORDERS, iF CUSTOMERS RAISE REQUEST TO CANCEL their ORDER, THEN WE WILL CANCEL their ORDER INSTANTLY AND CUSTOMERS WILL NOT HAVE TO BEAR ANY CHARGES.
    1. WITH REFERENCE TO PARA 1.1, IN CASE OF UNDISPACTCHED PREPAID ORDERS, IF CUSTOMERS RAISE REQUEST TO CANCEL their ORDER, THEN WE WILL CANCEL their ORDER INSTANTLY AND CUSTOMERS WILL NOT HAVE TO BEAR ANY extra CHARGES.AND WE WILL TRANSFER FULL AMOUNT TO THEIR BANK ACCOUNT.
    1. WITH REFERENCE TO PARA 1.1, (Already) DISPATCHED C.O.D. ORDERS CAN not be cancelled.
    1. WITH REFERENCE TO PARA 1.1, IN CASE OF (Already) DISPATCHED PREAPAID ORDERS, CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO BEAR ALL COURIER CHARGES (OF BOTH SIDES: Forward & Reverse) AND AFTER DEDUCTING THE SAME, REST MONEY WILL BE CREDITED INTO CUSTOMER’S BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 1-3 WORKING DAYS.

PRODCUT DISPATcH DISCLAIMER:

  1. we update disptach details on our website only during our official working hours, THERE CAN ALSO BE POSSIBILITIES OF DELAYED UPDATIONS ON OUR WEBSITE DUE TO MANY UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTACNES. therefore, customers cannot claim us to cancel HIS/HER order if he/she does not find order status details updated on our website.
    1. USUALY, IT TAKES 12-24 hours from the dispatch time to get courier details updated on courier companies website. therefore, customers cannot claim US to cancel HIS/HER order if they do not find updated dispatch details on courier COMPANY’S website.
    1. If customer has already received sms/email or other notificationS OF shipment dispatch, THEN IT INDICATES THAT ORDRED PRODUCT HAS ALREADY BEEN DISPACTCHED FROM OUR END AND THEN c.o.d. ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS CAN NOT BE ENTERTAINED. REFER PARA 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5
    1. customer may ALSO receive delayed dispatch notifications on their mobile/email due to technical issues or network issues. therefore, customers cannot claim US to cancel HIS/HER order.
    1. if any customer requests us for urgent dispath of his/her order, then we start the dispatching process of the ordered goods as soon as possible and that order BECOMES not LIABLE TO GET cancelled anymore.
  •  if customer does not accept HIS/HER c.o.d. SHIPMENTS:
  • If cod shipment is not accepted by the customer, then mANGALUTSAV.COM (OR DOMAIN ethnicfabric.com) (M/s SHUBHKAMNA FABRICS) reserves the right to blacklist/ ban that customer (iNCLUDING MOBILE NUMBER, ADDRESSES, AND EMAIL) and recover reasonable compensation FROM THEM TO unblock their ACCOUNT.
    • if perpaid order is not accepted by the customer DUE TO ANY REASON, then MANGALUTSAV.COM (OR DOMAIN ethnicfabric.com) (M/s SHUBHKAMNA FABRICS) will recover reasonable compensation for charges incurredin REverse- shipping, handling, packing, processing customer’s order and any other services provided to customer. after deductions, the remaining amount shall be credited to customer’s given bank account.
  •    return, replacement & refund Policy
  •  WE ACCEPT return, replacement, refund only:if any Wrong (NON-ORDERED) Item has been delivered to CUSTOMER.    If CuSTOMER haS received a Damaged/ Broken / Genuinely Defective.   If the Shipment is Lost during transit.

3.1. A. if the item received is Wrong /Genuinely Defective (CONDITION 3.1.1 & 3.1.2):

At MANGALUTSAV.com we work very hard to deliver the best products and BEST shopping experience to you. However, VERY RARELY, a few exceptional cases MAY happen. We will try our best to replace to your satisfaction and if that is not possible then we will provide full refund FOR the wrong/damaged/ Genuinely Defective/ Broken item product.

On receipt of a wrong item, we will dispatch a replacement (probably same item if available) item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.  If you do not want any alternate (or if same item is not available) item then we will refund your money with no deduction whatsoever.

3.1.b. if the item received is fully Damaged/ Broken:

in case of prepaid orders, If the customer receives damaged/broken shipment in transit, we only provide full refund, not the replacement.

in case of cod orders, customers must not accept the damaged/broken shipment.

in both cases of cod & prepaid orders, customers should inform us immediately within 24 business hours (Max), after receiving the damaged SHIPMENT.

customer should contact our support team with their respective order details along with UNBOXING VIDEO/ unboxing images of that damaged item.

so, if you find outer packaging of the product being delivered to you is tampered/meddled then you should take few snaps/ shoot a small video of the product with tampered packaging being delivered to you by the delivery agent.

and you should contact us as soon as possible with these snaps and videos as evidence so that we can investigate the details with the courier company and manage the pick up of the damaged prodcut at earliest if possible.

 if reverse pickup is not available in your area-pincode then you will have to manage to dispacth the damaged product back to us within 2-3 woring days from our confirmation date.

after receving the damaged product back from you, we will fully refund the full amount if prepaid.

3.1.c.   IF Shipment is lost during transit (CONDITION 3.1.3):

in case of prepaid orders, If the shipment is lost in transit, we only provide full refund, not the replacement.

it may take 15-20 days to verify the details from the date of dispatch of the item. As loss of consignment is a very rare & unfortunate case and we need a satisfactory reply from COURIER COMPANY’s delivery agent at ground level and only after getting necessary details from COURIER COMPANY, we will rEFUND the full amount paid by the customer. it can take 3-7 working days to reflect the refund amount in customer’s given bank account/wallet.We don’t accept Return/ Replacement/ Refund request if:

If there is slight difference in the design/ color of the product which customer receives and sees at the website. if made-ups is slightly misfit with the customer’s actual fittings.IF CUSTOMER FINDS minor variation from the Product Image. It is almost impossible to match the Product image with original product as the device used to view the product image cannot provide accurate colors AND DESIGN. In-case of minor dimension changes. As Dimension of the product can not be exactly same which is mentioned in our product’s description.IF Incorrect delivery address OR PINCODE OR MOBILE NUMBER IS provided by the customer.If the shipment is refused/denied by the recipient.If the products returned are FOUND TO BE in used condition.IF the returned product DOES NOT gENUINELY belong to us.IF return/replacement/refund related complaints ARE NOT made within 48 hours of receipt of wrong/GENUINELY defective good.IF return PRODUCT IS NOT SAFELY PACKED BY CUSTOMER and GETS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

Return/ Replacement/ Refund POLICIES

All return /replacement/refund related complaints to be made within 48

                  hours of receipt of wrong/broken/ genuinely defective goodS.

  • Please manage to ship/return the product (which is to be returned) within 3 working days of confirmation from our end.
    • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact so THAT, if POSSIBLE, they are re-sellable after minor fixes. We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being used or broken or tampered.
    • Our expert team will check whether the returned product originally belongs to us (manufactured or traded by us) or not. then, further request will be processed.
    • We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won’t be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit and may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well.
    • in case if courier pick up facility is not avaialble at your area pincode then you need to dispatch (Return) the product using registered airmail / logistics/courier who provides proof of delivery and online tracking facility.
    • Please be ensured to include a copy of the invoice you received.
    • On receipt of any Wrong/ Damaged/ Broken item, we will dispatch a replacement (probably same item if available) item after receiving the return shipment from customer.
    • If the original ordered item is not available then we will request you to choose an alternate item and will dispatch it to you.
    • If you do not want any alternate (if same item is not available) item then we will refund your cost of goods.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
  • Partial-Refunds:

In case of PREPAID ORDERS OF multiple goods, if the delivery is not possible for some of the items, customers will be requested to select alternate items or if no alternate item is desired by THE customer, then the PREPAID amount OF THOSE NON-DELIVERED GOODS will be refunded along with their shipping charges. REFUND CAN TAKE 1-3 WORKING DAYS.

  • Credit Processing:

All credits towards refund may take 2 – 5 business days to reflect in the respective credit or debit card/ bank /Wallet account. Any refund will take place only after receiving the intact product from customer’s end.
