Return, Replacement, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible only before dispatch:

You can raise cancellation requests any time before we dispatch your ordered item. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is dispatched.

Generally, we use to dispatch the ordered products, approximately, between 12 business hours to 36 business hours of placing the order.

So, you can surely cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order, just by texting us/ writing to us with your registered email id / mobile number. You may also contact us to cancel the orders within 48 hours of placing the order, as there may be some chances to get it cancelled if dispatch is not done at that time.


If delivery is not accepted by you, the (M/s SHUBHKAMNA FABRICS) reserves the right to recover reasonable compensation for charges incurred in shipping, handling, packing, processing your order and any other services provided to you - the remaining amount after deductions shall be returned to you.


We don’t accept Return/ Replacement/ Refund request if:

1. If there is slight difference in the design/ color of the product which customer receives and sees at the website.

2. If made-ups is slightly misfit with the customer’s actual fittings.

3. In-case of minor dimension changes. As Dimension of the product can not be exactly same which is mentioned in our product description.

4. In-case of minor variation from the Product Image. It is almost impossible to match the Product image with original product as the device used to view the product image cannot provide accurate colors.

5. Incorrect or obsolete delivery address provided by the customer.

6. If the shipment is refused/denied by the recipient

7. If the products returned are in a used condition.

Only In the following conditions return/replacement/refund is possible:

    If any Wrong Item has been delivered to you.

    If the Shipment is Lost during transit.

    If you have received a Damaged/ Genuinely Defective/ Broken item.


What to do if the item received is Wrong or Damaged/ Broken:

At we work very hard to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. However, sometimes because of the scale of operation a few exceptional cases do happen. We will try our best to replace the wrong/damaged product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as per the requirement.

If you receive fully damaged item, please, inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please provide us the necessary data like order date, order number and other details along with images of that damaged item.

If you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share with us. To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return/Refund Policy, we adhere to below mention points:

Terms and Conditions for Return/ Refund/ Replacement:

1. All complaints to be made within 48 hours of receipt of Wrong/Damaged/Broken goods.

2.. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact (so that if possible, they are re-sellable after minor fixes)

3. We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered.

4. We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).

5.  Always return your items using registered courier who provides proof of delivery.

6. Please ship the product (which is to be returned) within 3 working days of confirmation from our end.

7. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.

 8. On receipt of any Wrong/ Damaged/ Broken item, we will dispatch a replacement (probably same item if available) item after receiving the return shipment from customer.

9.  If the original ordered item is not available then we will request you to choose an alternate item and will dispatch it to you.

10. If you do not want any alternate (if same item is not available) item then we will refund your cost of goods.

What to do if Shipment (item) is lost during transit:

If the shipment is lost in transit, it takes 15 days to verify the details and provide for replacement/refund, from date of dispatch of the item. As we need confirmation from delivery agent with regard to loss of consignment and after confirmation from delivery agent only we will dispatch you the same/alternate item as per availability and your consent.



In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not possible for some of the items, customers will be requested to select alternate items or if no alternate selection is desired by customer then the amount will be promptly refunded against the non-delivered goods along with their shipping charges.

Credit Processing:

All credits towards refund takes 3 - 5 business days to reflect in the respective credit or debit card/ bank /Wallet account. Any refund will take place only after receiving the intact product from customer’s end.
