Q.01. PRE-PAIDs OR CASH-ON-DELIVERIES (C.O.D.) OR BOTH, WHICH TYPES OF ORDERS TAKE PLACE AT www.mangalutsav.com?
A.01. At www.mangalutsav.com (M/s shubhkamna fabrics, registered trademark: mangal utsav: celebration of auspicious traditions) both PREPAID and CASH-ON-DELIVERY (C.O.D.) orders are processed.
Q.02. Is there any order value limit on cash-on-delivery (COD) & Prepaid orders?
A.02. Yes, customers can place total c.o.d. orders upto rupees 15,000/- at a time. if any customer places multiple COD orders simultaneously and their (total) cumulative sum exceeds the rupees 15,000.00/- then the very first cod orders having (total) cumulative sum amount <= rupees 15,000/- will be dispatched first. then, only after collecting the payment for those last dispatched orders, next cod orders having total sum amount <= Rupees 15,000.00/-will be dispatched.
Q.03. Where do we use to deliver our products in India? Is area pincode & contact (mobile) number necessary to provide?
A.03. Our courier partner company (Shiprocket) covers more than 27000 pincodes across india along with cod option.
However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you to provide the full street addresses along with your correct area pincode and a reacheable mobile number.
Q. 04. HOW DO WE DECIDE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ANY SHIPMENT?
A. 04. Please note that the shipping rates are weight based.
Per unit weight of any product can be found on that product’s detail page. for heavy shipments we use surface mode instead of air mode in order to reduce the transit cost. All weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams/1 kgs To match the policies of the shipping companies. For more queries you can contact us.
Q. 05. COURIER SERVICES WE USE:
A. 05. We ship our all orders using national courier services which are easily reachable from our premises in varanasi:
- A. xpressbees, delhivery, Trackon, fedex, dhl, indian post, etc as per need.
Q.06. What if customer want to choose his/her desired courier/ logistics:
A.06. yes, this facility is provided only for prepaid bulk orders,
if any customer does not find his/her delivery area pincode in our website’s shipping address page then he/she can contact us with his/her desired courier/logistics details. we will try our best to dispatch his/her ordered goods through his/her desired courier/logistics company.
in some cases, customer may need to pay extra charges depending on the charges of his/her selected logistics.
IT WILL BE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMERS TO KEEP TRACKING OF THEIR SHIPMENTS AND GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR SELECTED LOGISTICS/COURIER COMAPANIES UNTIL THE SHIPMENT ARRIVES TO THEM.
Q.07.Dispatch of Shipment:
A.07. In normal working conditions, it can usually take minimum six (6) hours (for urgent and non-returnable/non-refundable prepaid orders) to maximum 96 hours (for non-urgent cod orders) from the order placing time to dispatch the ordered product.it also depends on the order queue and the availability of the ordered products at that time.
by chance, if ordered product is not available or under production, then in such condition, customer is informed and if it was a prepaid order, then, refund is initiated within 24-48 hours during working days if customer requests for the same.
Please note that no shipments are dispatched on public holidays.
Q .08. Cancellation & Urgent Dispatch of shipments:
A .08. As per our cancellation policy, once the order is dispacthed from our end it can not be cancelled by any means
if any customer (notwithstanding cod or prepaid orders) requests us that he/she needs the ordered goods urgently then we dispatch it within few working hours if required product is available.
Q.09. How can customers track their orders?
A.09. first of all, we use to send order update notifications to our customers’ mobile numbers registered with our website, so that they can track their orders by themselves on respective courier company’s websites.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 12-24 business hours to become active on the courier company’s websites.
customers can also find their orders’ update status (with expected date of delivery) on our website just by clicking on the link “track your order” and entering their order ID and mobile number/email.
Q.10. HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER A SHIPMENT?
A.10. Our All shipments are dispatched through fast an0d reliable courier services and if everything goes well then shipment is delivered within (approximately) 4 to 8 working days from the shipment dispatch date, or say, approximately within 5 to 11 days from the order placing date.
Deliveries are generally made during business hours of our partner courier companies.
Q.11. POSSIBLE REASONS OF DELAY
- INCOMPLETE ADDRESS (WITHOUT house no., PINCODE & mOBILE NUMBER)
- NATURAL DISASTERS (FLOOD, HURRICANE, EARTHQUAKE, PANDEMICS, ETC.)
- OTHER PROBLEMS (POLITICAL PROBLEMS: ANY RALLYS-CLOSED MARKETS, ELECTIONS)
- MANY GAZATTED HOLIDAYS PLUS WEEKENDS IN A SEQUENCE.
- WEATHER PROBLEMS: FOG, HEAVY RAIN, ETC.,
- NOT REACHEABLE/CONTINUOSLY BUSY/SWITCHED OFF/WRONG CONTACT NUMBERS OF CUSTOMERS CAN STIMULATE DIFFICULTY OF delivery BOY.
Q.12.What if any Delays?
A.12. expected delivery date of any shipment mentioned on our website’s order tracking page against each dispatched shipments are indicative values only and, sometimes, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
We can not be held responsible for any delay in delivering customer’s order or any part of it. OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO PACK AND DISPATCH THE PRODUCTS AND PROVIDE THE DISPATCH DETAILS AT THE EARLIEST TO THE CUSTOMER.
Q.13. What if two or more products are ordered at the same time for the same address?
A.13. If two or more products are ordered at the same time, by the same customer, for the same delivery address. then, definitely we will try our best to despatch all the ordered products at once, together.
if any number of products is not available at that time, then we use to despatch all available products instantly without waiting for the unavailable product to become available. you may receive multiple products in multiple boxes on different days, because of item availability.
Q.14. What are transit risks and how customer’s money is safe with us?
A.14. We ship all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost of insurance to customers. If Courier Company does not deliver the product or product is partially or fully damaged while transit, you do not suffer any loss.
In-transit risk are all ours. But MANGALUTSAV.COM (M/s shubhkamna fabrics, registered trademark: mangal utsav: celebration of auspicious traditions) will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal/courier/logistics company.
customer needs to make an evidence-video of damaged shipment while receiving it from the delivery person and, also, customer needs to inform us within 24 hours in order to claim the refund.
After confirming shipment damage while transit, we will refund the full amount (only in case of prepaid orders) / replace the product once again according to customer’s wish.
Q.15. What if customer wants to change delivery address details?
A.15.Delivery address alteration requests may be accommodated within 4-6 hours of placing the order, or say, before the dispatch of ordered goods. once the shipment is dispatched it will be beyond our control to make any changes in it. A.16. Incorrect or incomplete address
A.16. Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not mangalutsav.com (M/s shubhkamna fabrics). Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and mobile number is correct.
In the event of a re-shipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Q.18. What is Billing Address and Shipping Address?
A.18. Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his/her tax invoice delivered. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipmentS.
A.19.All products are first polythene packed & then put in corrugated box as per need in accordance with product type. we carefuly pack the products to avoid any mishappening.
